Frequently Asked

Yes, we are always up for an adventure! Travel within a 100km round trip is included in the Storybook package. For other packages, or distances beyond 100km, travel is charged at R7.50 per km (AA rates). Accommodation needs to be budgeted if the venue is over 100km from Pretoria.

For weddings, you will receive a preview gallery within 48 hours, and the full gallery within 6 weeks. For lifestyle sessions, your online gallery will be ready within 2 weeks.

Yes, a 30% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. The full balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding. For lifestyle sessions, a 50% deposit is required.

No, we do not provide RAW files. Editing is an essential part of the creative process, and we carefully edit photos to reflect the emotion of the moment while maintaining our consistent, artistic style.
